Terms of Service.
Effective Date: January 1, 2025
Welcome to QuickBuild! We’re thrilled to have you here. Before you dive into building the ERP of your dreams, let’s go over the rules of the sandbox. Don’t worry— despite our lawyer’s objections, it’s not too much fine print, and we’ve added some humor to keep things interesting.
1. Who Can Use QuickBuild?
If you’re here, you are welcome! We are legally setup in the US and follow all US laws. For international customers, you are welcome to use the software, but we do not provide any legal protections or warrants against its use or compliance to local laws.
2. Customization and Prohibited Activities
We believe in freedom, so feel free to customize your app pages to your heart’s content. Add those custom fields, automate those workflows, and make it yours.
BUT… (you knew there was a “but,” right?) you cannot use QuickBuild for:
Anything illegal (no shady business here).
Spamming, hacking, or other internet mischief.
Anything that makes us question humanity.
If you break these rules, we reserve the right to hit the “Off” switch on your account faster than you can say “Not an ERP.”
4. Service Availability
We aim to keep QuickBuild running 24/7 and have protections in place, but let’s be real—sometimes things break, servers need naps, or we have to make improvements.
Planned downtime: We’ll give you a heads-up.
Unplanned downtime: Well, let’s hope it doesn’t happen. If it does, let us know, and we’re on it!
We’re not responsible for any financial or emotional damage caused by temporary downtime. (Therapy for ERP withdrawal symptoms not included.)
5. User-Generated Content
QuickBuild is your ERP alternative playground, and your data is yours. You can upload, create, and organize however you like, as long as it doesn’t violate Section 2. Here’s a basic outline of who owns what, and how we use data:
You own everything you upload.
We own everything we built (like the app code and branding).
If something seems fishy, we may remove it or contact you for clarification.
We may use non-identifiable summarized information of your data for basic marketing and reporting purposes (we process ~$1b of revenue).
6. Liability and Warranties
QuickBuild is provided “as-is,” which means we’ll do our best to keep things running smoothly, but we can’t promise perfection. Bugs happen, typos sneak in, and sometimes, stuff just gets weird.
We’re not liable for:
Any losses caused by you doing something reckless in the app.
Downtime, glitches, or acts of internet gremlins.
Third-party tools or services we integrate with that decide to misbehave.
In other words: Use QuickBuild at your own risk and remember we’re humans, not wizards.
7. Termination
We hope you stick around forever, but if needed, we reserve the right to terminate accounts for:
Violating these Terms of Service.
Non-payment (if applicable).
Long-term inactivity (because ghost accounts are creepy).
If we need to take action, we’ll notify you with reasonable means—unless you’re blatantly breaking the rules, in which case, goodbye and good luck elsewhere.
8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
QuickBuild operates under the laws of Nevada.
Any disputes? Let’s settle them like adults, preferably through arbitration.
If arbitration doesn’t cut it, the courts of Nevada have the final say.
9. Updates to These Terms
We may update these terms occasionally. When we do, we’ll post the new version here, and we will notify users of the update. If you keep using QuickBuild, it means you’re cool with the updates—no need for a secret handshake.
